The corner everyone knows.

The Moonglow property sits directly on the National Highway as it passes through central Tandag — a consolidated corner parcel of buildings that, for decades, served as a commercial gathering point for the city and the province beyond.

Today much of the structure is dilapidated, but the address, the frontage and the civic memory remain. The programme is to re-legitimise and redevelop the parcel into a purpose-built commercial destination that once again anchors daily life in the capital.

Moonglow fronts the one-way National Highway section through central Tandag — meaning every northbound vehicle entering the capital passes the site. Bus terminals, the port, the airport access road and the civic centre all draw directly through this corridor.
