On the National Highway

Tandag City · Surigao del Sur
Moonglow is the redevelopment of a prime National Highway parcel at the heart of Tandag — the provincial capital of Surigao del Sur, and the commercial gateway of the Caraga region's Pacific coast.
The opportunity
The Moonglow parcel fronts the Daang Maharlika as it passes through central Tandag — the single road every vehicle, bus and delivery into the capital travels on.
Tandag is the seat of Surigao del Sur's provincial government and its largest commercial centre, pulling shoppers, students and workers in from 21 barangays and beyond every day.
The redevelopment is being designed around the requirements of established Manila-based retailers and operators — floorplates, servicing and signage planned to brand standards from day one.
About Tandag City
Tandag is a coastal component city on Mindanao's Pacific coast and the capital of Surigao del Sur. As the administrative and commercial heart of the province, it functions as the daily market and services hub for a catchment that extends well beyond its own borders.
Modern retail, food & beverage and lifestyle formats remain thin relative to demand. Residents regularly travel to Butuan, Davao or Cebu for brands they would happily consume at home. Moonglow exists to close that gap.
The site
The Moonglow property sits directly on the National Highway as it passes through central Tandag — a consolidated corner parcel of buildings that, for decades, served as a commercial gathering point for the city and the province beyond.
Today much of the structure is dilapidated, but the address, the frontage and the civic memory remain. The programme is to re-legitimise and redevelop the parcel into a purpose-built commercial destination that once again anchors daily life in the capital.
Full site plans, elevations and renders are in development and shared with qualified prospects on request.
Moonglow fronts the one-way National Highway section through central Tandag — meaning every northbound vehicle entering the capital passes the site. Bus terminals, the port, the airport access road and the civic centre all draw directly through this corridor.
